A fantastic opportunity has arisen for al Mechanical -Maintenance Engineer with some leadership knowledge ideal to join a leading equipment and solutions provider for logistics & warehouse distribution, renowned for their state of the art equipment and software solutions. Ideal candidates will come from either an Ex forces / Warehouse Automation / Manufacturing background / plant/ materials handling.

Ideal candidates will come from either an Ex forces / Warehouse Automation / Manufacturing background.

Global manufacturer and specialist in the provision of state of the art warehouse automation, robotics and software, known specifically for advanced, fully automated Conveyor, Stacker, Cranes and Picking systems.
Role:
Working as part of a large well established team of engineers, you will support all site services and equipment. Working a day shift you will work alongside three teams to provide a maintenance, service and repair to all mechanical MHE faults and equipment improvements.
Skills :
Team Player with the ability to work alone when required
Mechanical / Hydraulic fault finding and repair skills
Basic knowledge of PLC's preferably Siemens ideal
Previous Industrial working environment ideal
Flexible attitude towards working day and shift patterns
Previous experience of working in an industrial capacity ideally with a heavy mechanical bias preferred.
Ability to read both electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
Remuneration & Package :
GBP47+ Pension , Holidays , Industry leading training .
Shifts - Days monday - Friday hours to be discussed
