Salary: £27,034.00 per annum, plus car allowance

Temporary for 18 Months - 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday

An opportunity has arisen for two temporary Housing Officers within the Housing Operations service, which is responsible for the provision of excellent responsive housing management services. One post will be based in the Income team in Ashington and one will be based in the Allocations team in Durham.

The ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of all aspects of housing management. Our client is looking for candidates who have excellent communication skills and are solution focussed. You will have the ability to effectively adapt to change programmes and to deliver excellent services in a highly competitive environment.

A full clean driving licence and use of a vehicle for work purposes are required.
