My client is a leading provider of customer service solutions in the centre of Bristol, and is one of the largest in the world within its field.

In this role, your responsibility will be to provide human and friendly customer service to a range of customers - you will be taking inbound calls, responding to emails, using webchat and eventually, helping out with social media - so there`s great potential for you to expand your skillset. You will receive full training from a very supportive team!

As the ideal candidate, you will need to have excellent communication skills in English and German, both verbal and written, as you will be in touch with these customers daily. Experience within a customer services role is useful, which could be in person or over the phone.

On offer is a salary of £8.46 per hour, then after 12 weeks there`s a permanent job there for you if you are the right candidate! You will also receive 28 days holiday, which includes bank holidays. Working hours are 37.5 per week, and shifts can range between 7am and 7pm. You would be working 5 days a week, between Monday and Sunday.
