LOCATION: REDCAR & CLEVELAND

SALARY: £17,000 - £18,000

Full time post including weekends, day/evening and on call duties when required

You will join an ever growing, influential and well respected organisation who provide quality nursing and residential care for adults with mental health issues, learning disabilities and additional care needs. You will work effectively, leading a qualified and committed team of staff to deliver care that promotes choice, independence and well being; delegating duties to ensure the smooth running of the residential service.

To be successful in this role you must meet the following:

- Minimum 2 years experience in a Senior/Managerial role supporting adults with mental health needs and learning disabilities

- NVQ Level 3 or above in Leadership & Management / Health & Social Care

- Excellent communicator with proven experience building, and maintaining relationships at all levels
