Key Customer and Client Support Advisor responsibilities
- Assist customer or clients, over the phone or by email, with a variety of enquiries
- To handle and resolve customer or client enquiries relating to stock, orders and delivery queries, in a professional, timely and responsive manner
- Provide each customer with a world class customer service experience by answering and responding to all customers professionally while dealing with them both quickly and efficiently
- Our Customer and Client support advisors, have a strong sense of ownership and a passion for delivering a first class customer experience
- We are looking for a number of motivated Customer Service Specialists with at least 6 months Customer Service / Customer Care experience, excellent communication skills and who enjoy a challenge

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8:45am- 5:30pm
Contract: Fixed term until the end of December 2017 with the possibility of becoming a permanent position
