We are looking for a Rehabilitation Support Worker in the Guildford area of Surrey for our client, a 56-year-old gentleman, living in his own adapted home with 24-hour support. He experienced a severe brain injury just over ten years ago. He has since acquired a complex brain injury and associated learning and behavioural difficulties.

We are seeking like-minded individuals to work with the gentleman in implementing agreed therapy plans. You should be enthusiastic and have the ability to motivate and encourage our client in his continued rehabilitation. An interest in cycling, art, music and cookery would be an advantage.

What experience do you need to be a Rehabilitation Support Worker?

Whilst past experience working with someone with a severe brain injury would also be an advantage, your motivation, personality and willingness to learn are of equal importance.

Due to the nature of the role you must hold a full UK driving licence.
