As the company is going through an exciting development phase, nearly quadrupling in size! In your job as a Registered Manager you will be overseeing a team with potentially 5000 hours of care. You will be expected to atten council meetings and reviews in order to maintain high standards of care and must always be striving for improvement of the services.

The ideal candidate will be dynamic and strong willed, and be able to cope extremely well under pressure. Due to the responsibilities of the role it is essential that you have Management expereince within a domiciliary service along with a full UK dricing license and QCF Level 5 or equivalent.
