Job Title: Mortgage Case Manager (Mortgage Administrator)
Location: Borehamwood
Salary: Starting from £17,500 to £22,000 + quarterly bonus scheme (package subject to experience)
Hours of work: 9.30am to 6pm

Life Financial Solutions is a financial company based in Borehamwood and specialises in tailoring financial solutions to both the public and business sector. Due to recent growth, we are now looking for a Mortgage Care Manager (Mortgage Administrator) to join our team. As a company we offer advice in mortgages (whole of market) and full financial services.

Role:

Experience as a mortgage administrator is required. You will have knowledge of:-

  • Submitting applications within the whole market and see them through to offer and completion
  • Act as a point of contact to the client throughout the process
  • Experience in liaising with clients and lenders
  • Challenging lenders where required with an understanding of lending criteria
  • Supporting mortgage advisers
  • Understanding compliance procedures and document checking
  • Strong data inputting skills maintaining a strong attention to detail
  • Dealing with volume mortgage applications and maintaining a large application pipeline
  • Submitting protection/insurance applications
  • General IT and administrative and office tasks
