Team Leader – Advice and Admissions - Reading

As part of this, we would like to recruit an Admissions Adviser.
The main purposes of this role are to deliver an exceptional customer experience that raises the reputation of Activate Learning and sets it apart from other providers, to contribute to student recruitment and ‘right student, right course’ targets by providing friendly, accessible and relevant information and advice to prospective students and by facilitating easy and accurate enrolment and payments, to act as a point of contact for students accessing financial support and to take responsibility for the enquiry to enrolment conversion of a caseload of students in a link curriculum area.
So, if you are highly organised, have strong customer services skills, have a good track record in administration combined with a customer focus, a positive attitude, are solutions focused and have the ability to interact with a variety of people, we'd like to hear from you!

Salary: £22,618 to £24,704 pa
