Product Delivery Specialists - Ski & European Destinations

This specialist travel company provides trips for groups all over the world.

They are looking for a strong customer service professional with a passion for travel, to join their team as a Product Delivery Specialist.

They pride themselves on delivering personal and quality customer service. You will be the key point of contact between their customers and all departments and external partners. This is an office based position, with regular overseas travel and potential to visit clients.

The Role

- Liaising with their customers to build relationships and ensure their groups have a 'best in class' experience.
- Managing all aspects of pre, mid and post travel administration for their groups.
- Continually updating your knowledge about their products and destinations to ensure you provide the best possible customer service.
- Promoting our products.
- Assisting the sales team when required.
- Handling customer feedback effectively.

Person Specification

- Proven experience in driving forward Customer Service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high demand, team oriented, and fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under your own initiative as well as part of a cross-functional team.
- Ability and confidence in dealing with customer complaints and problem solving.
- Good working understanding of office IT products including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and MS PowerPoint.
- Car driver with full, clean licence. (desirable)
- Organised and able to meet deadlines.
- An interest in travel and knowledge of Ski or European destinations.
