Our client is looking for an Office Administrator to manage the daily business activities to be based in York. This is a permanent, full-time position, the role involves:

Answering the telephone and redirecting calls;
Acting as the first point of contact for all customers, deliveries and physical enquiries to and on-site
Granting access to the site in compliance with our security procedures
Dealing with customer queries.
The role also entails assigning jobs, scheduling the workload and dealing with any queries.

Requirement and Attributes:

With a proactive approach to problem solving, have a positive attitude towards things.
A high level of numeracy and good attention to detail.
High level of time management and personal organisation.
Excel, PowerPoint, word, & Microsoft project skills.
Data analysis skills.
Good team player
