Sales Manager - Construction Recruitment

This opportunity as Sales Manager will be central to the next stage in our clients growth of their business and you will be rewarded significantly for the success that you deliver.

Working closely with the Senior Management Team, you will help develop opportunities in line with their sales strategy, which will involve steering and enhancing the development of current clients as well as identifying external opportunities within their sectors.

As this is a new role within the organisation you will be extremely influential into the future development and strategy of the business, where you will have full responsibility for building and leading the business development team. Reporting directly to the owner of the business , you will have a highly visible and massively important role in helping to achieve this planned growth.

A confident and articulate individual you will be able to converse at all levels, with the ability to prepare and present exceptional client proposals and will have substantial experience in presenting to Management and at Board level.
