Role: After Sales Administrator
Location: Biggin Hill
Salary: £17,550
Hours: Mon-Fri 9.00am-5.00pm

Do you have administration/phone experience or are you a highly motivated and ambitious individual/school leaver with customer service experience who is looking to get into an office role based role?

This is a really exciting opportunity to work for a company who provide vouchers for brilliant local experiences. They offer vouchers for events including race track days, spitfire experiences, pamper weekends and ice sculpting.

You will be assisting their Products and Supplier Support team in making sure that their products and supplier details are accurate and up to date. You will also investigate and resolve any after sales customer issues with their Experiences and Activities as well as responding to customer feedback, doing product review programmes and actioning any product changes.
