Business Support Administrator
Business Support Administrator required for very well known, high profile charity
Please not this a Permanent Part-time Role – 21 hours a week – Monday to Friday.
Role will be based at their very modern offices in north London.
The charity is looking for a talented Business Support Administrator to provide hands-on administrative support to the Community Services Team. In a nutshell, they are looking for an all-rounder/Multitasker.
The BSA will often be the first point of contact for the charity’s partners and funders and the person to whom people will refer to in the absence of the Director of Community Services + the Community Services Managers.
Experience of drafting sensitive reports and correspondence, and employee engagement communications is highly beneficial as are strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and develop effective relationships with a wide range of people, both internally and externally.
Definitely a hybrid role so any (if not all!) of the following skills/experience will be very useful: Human Resources, Finance /Accounting, Process Plans/Improvements
The successful candidate will need to have a good standard of secondary level education, numerate and literate – Grade A* – C in English and Maths at GCSE Level or equivalent. A degree level qualification in a relevant discipline would be an advantage.
In addition, the BSA needs to have:
- Very strong interpersonal skills
- High level of accuracy & detail
- Excellent Admin Support skills
- Excellent Organisational Skills
- IT Literate (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Team player
- Customer focused. Professional. Ethical
- Nice person to work with!
A background working in a charity will be a distinct advantage as will experience of working within a diverse organisation.

In return, you will receive a base salary of £13,320 pa + excellent rage of Benefits inc 25 days holidays + Bank Holidays. Easy to get to from Finsbury Park, Muswell Hill, Archway areas of north London
