Salary: £24,000 - £28,000
A local fast moving consumer goods company are looking for a new payroll administrator. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years payroll experience within an FMCG environment and be CIPP qualified or having an equivalent payroll qualification would be an advantage but wouldn`t be essential.
To supervise the company payroll ensuring all workers are paid accurately, on time, every time.
Duties & Responsibilities
" Ensure both the weekly and monthly paid employees are paid accurately and on time.
" Comply with statutory requirements on a weekly, monthly and annual basis including statutory deductions, payments, recording and reporting.
" Maintain an accurate database and records of current and past employees including starters, leavers, variations, benefits, time and attendance.
" Reconciliation of agency labour time and attendance data on a daily basis.
" Produce ad-hoc reports, responses and statistics for use by internal departments and functions, together with external bodies.
" Develop good working relationships with employees at all hierarchical levels within the organisation, together with external bodies, in order to provide an accurate, confidential and professional service.
