Sales Executive with proven internal sales / telesales experience is needed for our client, a Leicester City based company specialising in underfloor heating and press plumbing systems is looking for a Sales Executive to join their existing team.

They are looking for a talented and competitive Internal Sales person that thrives in a pro-active sales environment. The right person will play a fundamental role in achieving the company's sales growth objectives. You must be comfortable making numerous cold calls per day, creating leads, generating interest from potential new clients, qualifying prospects and keeping customer records.

Main responsibilities:

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements
  • Passing qualified sales opportunities to the appropriate sales manager for further development and closure
  • Researching accounts, identifying key players and generating interest
  • Maintaining and expanding customer database on existing CRM package


  • Proven internal sales experience
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialling high volume of calls per day
  • Experience working with a CRM package
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
  • Commercially aware and sales orientated
  • Desire to achieve
