Service Advisor - Automotive
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and professional Service Advisor to join a well known, busy dealership in Leominster. The successful candidates will provide a first class customer experience as well as implementing our core business values.
The Service Advisor has a major part to play in achieving dealership success by providing a professional service to our customers. Previous experience gained from a similar role is preferred but not essential.
Working closely with the After Sales Manager, you will portray a positive and professional first impression to all visitors and callers to the Service Department. You will book vehicles into the department for work to be carried out and liaise with the Workshop Controller to ensure the vehicles are ready for collection on time. You will also prepare and present invoices following completion of work and calculate accurate charges for all parts, labour and service repairs and provide customer estimates according to company policy on schedules, time and pricing.
The successful applicant will be self-motivated, with a proactive approach to customer service and thrive working in a fast paced, pressurised environment. Previous Service Advisor experience from within the Automotive trade is advantageous, but not essential,
You must be IT literate, well presented and have excellent interpersonal and organisation skills. Customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills are of paramount importance in this role.
You will be offered a very competitive salary which is negotiable pending experience, monthly bonus in relation to service plans sold, and a full time, permanent position Monday - Friday 8.15am-5.30pm with 1 in 3 Saturdays 8.30am-12.30pm.
You must also hold a UK driving licence.
