We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our HR team based in Gloucester:
The Role
Provide accurate, influential, timely advice and guidance to all companies within the Group
Support management with a range of people management issues, identifying, implementing effective ER solutions – to include drafting and review case documentation
Provide support to the HR Department including assisting HRPBs on branches with change management and TUPE processes including liaising with Trade Unions
The Candidate
We are looking for qualified CIPD HR Advisors and / or HR Administrators with some case work experience, or alternatively currently working towards their CIPD and are looking to progress within their HR Career. With medium to large multi-site organisation knowledge, you will ideally have experience of handling case work, ER issues and working with Trade Unions. The ideal applicant should possess a high tolerance of ambiguity with the ability to adapt to the needs of the group, working on your own initiative, to tight deadlines, whilst demonstrating a high degree of organisation and attention to detail.
Above all, this is an excellent opportunity for any HR professional to not only gain vast experience within an exciting, fast-paced and challenging environment, but also work on a First Class, cutting edge leader within HR Technology, Workday, as part of their HR career.
This position is based in Gloucester with case work managed remotely, the successful candidate will be expected to travel 2-3 days per month nationally
