My client is looking for an experienced Production Planner to join their fun, dynamic team where you can really shine as an individual.
Monday - Friday 09:00am - 17:30pm based in Shepshed.
£21,000 - £24,000 pa DOE
The Role:
Ensure that all scheduling aspects of the supply contracts are managed correctly and efficiently to insure maximum productivity with minimum wasted effort or expense.
Sales order/Purchase order entry
Managing supply & demand of products
Liaising with distribution to arrange collections and co-ordinate deliveries with end users.
Filing, Credit Notes and other admin duties as required
Attending sales meetings and events when required
Liaising with clients regularly
The ideal candidate:
Proven experience in a simlar role
Have outstanding customer service skills
Must be professional and presentable at all times.
Must be able to liaise with all levels of personnel in the business and form close working business relationships with clients.
Must be able to communicate to a high standard by both email and telephone.
Have the ability to use own initiative to create resolutions to disputes and complaints.
The individual should have working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite programs including strong working knowledge if SAP.
A knowledge of agriculture is desirable.
