Business Development Manager / Sales Manager / Sales Executive / Contract Cleaning Service / B2B / Area Sales / OTE £75k

Business Development Manager with a proven track record of selling contract cleaning services is needed for our client, a well-established and highly driven provider of contract cleaning services to clients across the UK, with some highly desirable national clients as part of their portfolio within the commercial sectors.

Due to their rapid expansion of the past 12 months, they are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to further develop the business in London. This is a very autonomous role however you will receive full administrative and sales support from their office team.

About the Role:

  • Managing, building and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients alike
  • Providing a point of contact for all inbound enquiries - you will be the initial point of enquiry for the business
  • Providing an exceptional level of customer service
  • Managing the sales process from start to finish
  • Implementing new sales and marketing campaigns
  • Chasing prospective deals through to application stage and dealing with any queries that may arise
  • Building new relationships with prospective companies
  • Enhancing and developing existing relationships to increase business levels
  • Supporting existing and prospective client firms over the telephone
  • Focusing on developing long term relationships that deliver
  • Efficiently managing your work load in a fast paced and pressured environment

Requirements:

  • Prior experience of selling contract cleaning services (essential)
  • Proven track record in sales / business development (essential)
  • Good closing skills (essential)
  • Commercial maturity to work with a large degree of autonomy
  • Ability to run and manage your own diary and appointments
  • Be a solution based seller

Salary: £30,000 - £75,000 per annum, OTE £75k
