Due to expansion, a Mac and Windows Helpdesk Technician is required to join this Managed IT Services company.

As a Mac and Windows Helpdesk Technician, you will be responsible for providing a high standard of support at all levels to clients assisting with hardware and software issues via phone/email and helpdesk system as well as carry out pre-configurations, rollouts, and migrations. To be successful in this role you will be an effective communicator with strong customer service skills.

You will demonstrate leadership and have a passion for IT with a willingness to learn and desire to become part of our friendly, efficient team. You will need to be able to be extremely competent at supporting macOS and/or Windows 10 operating systems and good knowledge of either Office 365 or G Suite would be preferred.


- To provide all levels of technical support; answering support queries via phone/email and helpdesk system.
- To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries.
- Respond to queries from clients and help them resolve any hardware or software problems.
- Maintain a log of any software or hardware problems.
- To document site infrastructures.
- Assist with benchwork and pre-configurations of hardware - workstations, laptops, VOIP phones
- Maintain and monitor client servers and infrastructures.
- Assist with client migrations to either Office 365 or G Suite.
- Assist with migration of client data away from traditional File Servers to solutions like O365 or G Suite.


- Proven helpdesk / IT support experience.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- MUST have an excellent understanding of macOS and/or Windows 10.
- Be willing to work with multiple operating systems macOS and Windows 10.
- Linux experience would be advantageous.
- Web hosting experience would be helpful - cPanel.
- Experience with either O365 and/or G Suite would be beneficial.
