Commercial Property/ Real Estate Solicitor

This is an excellent opportunity for a keen Commercial Property Solicitor eager to further their career. An award winning and market leading firm are recruiting into their successful team.

As such you will be very familiar with handling Commercial property sales and purchases, Landlord and Tenant Work, Freehold and Leasehold Titles, Drafting and negotiating contracts for sale, transfers, leases and agreements for lease, Licences, guarantees and legal charges, providing appropriate technical and practical advice to clients on commercial property matters. In addition you will be liaising with the remainder of the commercial team in respect of all transactions and where relevant any associated business sales and purchases. You will also be attending Commercial department meetings and such training courses as determined by DM.

An existing client following would be beneficial but not essential. However, your role will also include pro-active development of the Canterbury practice by networking and participating in marketing events.
