Our client, a leading manufacturing organisation within the automotive industry, are going through a sustained period of growth and expansion and as such are looking for recruit a Quality Technician to join their team based in Cheltenham, paying a salary of up to GBP21,000 per annum plus shift allowance.
Quality Technician
GBP21,000 plus shift allowance
Rotating shifts - 40 hrs per week
Permanent

Working as part of a team, the Quality Technician will be responsible for:
??Maintenance of shop floor standards
??Investigating customer concerns and reporting back
??Internal investigations and resolution
??Inspection of production area and training
??Auditing
??Working with shift leader to implement corrective actions
The successful Quality Technician will have previously worked in a similar role, with a good understanding of Quality standards (ISO & TS16949). You will have previously been involved with internal and external audits and ideally have automotive experience, with knowledge of 8Ds.
In addition you will have excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels and enjoy working in a fast paced environment, with strong problem solving ability.
