Person Specification
This role requires an intelligent English graduate who has a second class degree at the very least and a good understanding of how to work with children based on experience gained from a similar role. You must possess a clear understanding of the curriculum and the capacity to care. We want to see graduates with the drive to show a keen interest for the extra curricular and communicate clearly and concisely. You should possess an adaptable personality which makes it easy to establish new relationships and the ability to show respect and treat everyone as equal.

About the Role
In this Teaching Assistant role you will be working within a specific class based on school need and your own preferences. As a Teaching Assistant you will be guiding pupils through their academic and social development on a day to day basis. This will involve working with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups to provide targeted help in certain areas of the curriculum. You will have the responsibility of progressing through the guidance of a fun and informative training scheme, part of a vital continued professional development plan that is specifically designed for Teaching Assistants and LSAs.
