They are looking to recruit another talented and ambitious individual who can help us develop our commercial offering for employers across the Humber region and beyond.

The successful applicant must have the passion for making things happen and desire to work with businesses, identify their needs for both commercial and apprentice requirements with both existing and new employers.

You will need ability to understand our clients' needs and think creatively to develop innovative solutions is essential to help meet and exceed customer expectations.

The successful candidate must also have:

  • Previous sales experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and able to maintain confidentiality where required
  • The desire to achieve and grow business and the ability to meet targets
  • Flexibility and be able to take both a proactive and responsive approach to change
  • A full driving license and use of own car (mileage expenses paid by HETA)
