One of the largest providers in affordable housing in South East Wales is looking to recruit a Maintenance Manager to join their Maintenance team at their Head office in Cardiff. They are resident led with a locally focused housing management team, and pride themselves on having a rich history of community leadership.
As a Maintenance Manager you will be tasked with effective delivery of a first class maintenance service to our tenants and leaseholders, which offers value for money, high customer satisfaction and is in line with statutory legislation.
To be successful in the role as Maintenance Manager you must have a good standard of technical knowledge in repairs and maintenance (including voids) in social housing or local authority dwellings. In addition to having a qualification in Building or Surveying it is important you have strong communication skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
