We are looking for someone who understands that helping young people with learning and other disabilities is about building a relationship, establishing trust and bringing together the services to deliver the best residential care.
We're looking for someone with experience of working with young people to work 30 hours dayshift. You'll maintain the highest standards of care and support working on a 3 week rolling rota.
The successful candidate will be required to register with the SSSC and have experience of working with children who have special needs and some behaviours that challenge. Where you are employed in a service where registration is compulsory, you must ensure that you register in the appropriate category within 6 months of starting in post.After registering with SSSC there is a requirement to be qualified within 3 years.
Candidates must be aware of limited bus service to the village and there is no bus service at weekends.
