They’re currently looking for a highly customer focused individual to join the team as an
Office Manager. This post leads a team of administrative staff and schedulers to provide
a high performing service in terms of customer experience, efficiency and quality of
You’ll monitor and improve the levels of customer service through quality assurance
assessments and will act as the lead in the complaints process, raising and investigating
expressions of dissatisfaction. You’ll also lead on the induction process for new staff
across the business and will provide reporting on all aspects of customer service and
group wide policies and procedures.
The successful candidate will be an inspirational leader who can coach, train and develop
staff. You’ll have a proven track record in delivering excellent customer service in a
changing environment and will be confident managing complaints and implementing
service improvement methods.
You must have IT systems knowledge to include Microsoft Office, CRM and call centre
telephony systems. The skills to develop and present statistical information, to include
the analysis of information and trends, is also required.
