With a staff of over ninety people and a turnover of £7m, we up-skill more than 85,000 people each year and work with businesses and other stakeholders to create innovative skills solutions. 

Now, we’re looking for a Product Co-ordinator to join our team. 

This is a superb chance for a customer service professional with a background of working to quality standards and a track record of managing external stakeholders to consolidate their skill-set and progress with our superb organisation. 

As a Product Co-ordinator, you will be tasked with producing support materials for our technical awards and qualifications. 

You will work alongside Product Managers who are responsible for individual awards and qualifications and will ensure that all material is of the highest quality and standard. 

Creating and maintaining question banks for the online testing system and hard copy assessments, you will monitor review dates for qualifications and units and ensure our website is updated with relevant training and qualification details. 

Additionally, you will ensure that updated communications to others are delivered on time and to the required standard and administer and arrange third party agreements and meetings that relate to the product development process.

- Experience of working in a customer service environment 
- Experience of managing external stakeholders
- Experience of operating to quality systems and processes 

Organised and proactive, as a Product Co-ordinator, you will also need excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a customer focused approach and a close attention to detail. 

Knowledge of QA systems and processes would be beneficial to your application.
