Depute Project Manager (30 hours)

With a relevant professional qualification and significant experience of working with young people with complex needs, you will lead the service with passion, energy and innovation, helping the people we support and the team make the most of their potential.

To assist the Project Manager in all aspects of managing the service and in particular providing line management supervision for a number of Project Workers. You will have the ability to embed a culture of good practice and accountability, while working towards our organisational and operational plans, and instil a learning culture that encourages participative approaches with the people we support. Candidates will have extensive experience of social care services for children & young people and have strong management & leadership skills.
