Our client has a great opportunity for an experienced and highly professional Sous Chef who has the talent and ability to prepare and produce high quality and high volume of food consistently.
Duties will include ensuring a high standard of preparations and presentation is achieved before any dish leaves the kitchen. Overseeing staff, training and ensuring that the sections run smoothly and efficiently. Maintaining a high standard in health, safety and hygiene. Maintaining a high standard of discipline to reduce waste and accidents.

The role is full time, hours seasonal variation and will include bank holidays and weekends.
