We are currently working with a well established Halifax based company to recruit a Customer Administrator on a permanent basis.

Our client are committed to providing customers with second to none customer service, ensuring repeat business and securing a fantastic reputation in their field. You'll be joining a friendly team of customer service and sales administrators, aiding with the administrative and customer service requirements for the company.

Within the role you will be to provide excellent customer service and support to existing customers. Your main duties will include:

Answering incoming calls from customers, answering queries on existing service level agreements, amending and updating information.

Developing excellent relationships with customers, in order to understand their complete requirements and ensuring you are offering and providing the correct levels of service.

Using your knowledge of the companies services, you'll provide customers with extra and alternative solutions and services to fit their needs.

Preparing new quotations and contracts, as well as renewing existing contracts.

Ensuring the system is up to date and all customer information is in date and meets company standards.

We're looking for candidates who have excellent levels of customer service and attention to detail. If you enjoy providing excellent customer service and building relationships with customers then we'd like to hear from you!

To be shortlisted for this interview you must meet the following criteria:

Previous experience in a customer focused, administrative role.

Strong understanding of CRM systems and internal databases, as well as working knowledge of Microsoft Offices, including outlook and excel.

Ability to work quickly and accurately whilst under pressure.

Supportive, team and customer centric attitude.

Ability to work towards defined targets and deadlines.
