Founded in 1980's by a husband & wife who established a Short Break service for people with disabilities. Since then the organisation has grown significantly and now offers a large range of supported living accommodation and residential care services, as well as specialist holiday accommodation.
They currently operate across the Yorkshire and Humber regions and employ over 1100 staff across more than 80 individual services.
The successful candidate will support the Regional Registered Manager to provide overall leadership across my client's services within the Harrogate and Ripon region. This will include the delivery of five key priorities across the region:
- Customer Engagement & Care
- Regional Leadership
- Ensuring Compliance and Performance
- Business Development
- Financial and Resource Leadership
In addition, the post holder will support the Regional Registered Manager to lead, manage and develop staff to deliver personalised services in line with the companies business plans and strategies. You will have responsibility for ensuring that high quality services are delivered in a person centred way. We are a constantly evolving organisation working to ensure we continually meet the needs of the individuals we support. We are looking for someone who thrives on managing change able to enthuse and support managers and teams to achieve the best outcomes for the people we support.
You will be responsible for the Assistant Managers of 7 supported living houses across Harrogate & Ripon.
Applicants will be able to demonstrate significant experience and knowledge of working in and managing social care/health services across multiple sites, have effective computer and IT skills and hold a full driving licence.
Salary: £28,371 - 39 hours per week.
