This small quality Dental Practice based very close to the town centre in Leatherhead, is looking for a dynamic and passionate Front of House - Practice Manager.
The ideal candidate will have experience within the dental industry but this is not compulsory. They will be well versed in working for a small owner manager business. The hours of work will be Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 6pm and Fridays 7.30am - 3pm.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the day to day running of the practice including resources & diary management and coordinating all non clinical matters for the Practice.
- Ensure recalls are sent and dentist book is filled.
- Manage payments and balance days takings.
- Creating an excellent patient service culture and resolving patient issues in person and face to face
- Building excellent relationships with key suppliers, business partners, introducers and key share holders with a view to improve business performance.
- Performance management, training and development of staff ensuring policies and protocols are followed.
- Understanding of statutory requirements and relevant government legislation applying to the dental profession including CQC and GDC requirements
- Demonstrating the ability to carry out basic computer troubleshooting maintenance with IT
- Ability to generate relevant financial details from the computer database for practice financial planning (Excel)
- Ensure all equipment, buildings, technology are maintained to optimum working level
- Organising and coordinating external service agreements, suppliers and maintenance contracts

Salary is £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience and knowledge. References will be requested as well as an enhanced DBS check as part of the industry regulations.
