Location : Home based (Wales)
It’s a part time (21 hours per week)
Today, 11 children and young people in the UK hear the shocking news they have cancer. CLIC Sargent is the UK’s leading cancer charity for children and young people, and their families, and provides them with clinical, practical, emotional and financial support. You can be a part of helping them cope with cancer and get the most out of life.
We are seeking an experienced Social Care Manager to lead our services in Wales.
Alongside a Senior Practitioner who supervises our team across Wales, the post holder will increase our reach and impact through digital innovation, influence and campaign for improvements in services for children and young people with cancer and through partnership working.
The post holder will work within our "one team" culture in supporting all activity across Wales and be a member of a UK wide Services Manager Group.
The post will be home based, with an expectation of significant travel across Wales. Recognising the focus of many activities in and around Cardiff.
