Carpenter Multi Skilled Tradesperson

Do you have a valid CSCS card? Are you a Carpenter / Multi Skilled Tradesperson looking for guaranteed work on an employed basis? We have an excellent opportunity for immediate starts with pay between £35,000 - £40,000 per annum depending on experience.

Our client, a reputable family owned Construction Company based in Surrey who specialise in new builds and conversions are looking, due to continued growth, for an experienced Carpenter / Multi Skilled Tradesperson to join the current team.

What we are looking for:

• Happy to work on your own initiative
• A good attitude and strong work ethic
• Clear communication
• Clean presentation
• Keen eye for detail
• Minimum 10 years previous site experience
• Valid CSCS card
• Driving Licence
• Own basic tools (additional tools will be provided when needed)

Applicants should be competent in:

• 1st AND 2nd fix Carpentry
• General Building
• Patch plastering & Decorating
• Basic plumbing & electrics
• Tiling
• Hard landscaping

Working hours are 7:30am to 4:30pm plus the opportunity to work overtime on Saturdays.

In return a competitive salary of up to £40,000 is on offer plus a pension scheme, a mobile phone, and a company van will be proved along with fully expensed fuel. You will mainly be covering the Surrey & South East area.
