Location: Manchester City Centre
We are looking for a Complaint's Officer to work in one of our government department.
Examples of work performed will include but not be restricted to:
Case management of NHS complaints about primary care services.
Compiling, verifying and reporting data - This will involve drafting of response letters and collating evidence
Requires knowledge of the NHS complaints procedure and be proficient in using MS Word and Excel Managing the workload of a small team, if required
Updating CRM system.
Suitable candidates would need to have a criminal check and references for last 3 years and would need to have good written, oral and computer skills
It is a temp ongoing role - May have flexibility to do full time or part time - please specify in your application which you would prefer.
Pay Rate: £ 10.86 rising after 12 weeks
