An opportunity has arisen with our prestigious client who is inviting a second line support person to join their team based in the heart of Taunton, Somerset.
Assisting your colleagues across the business, you will provide I.T support and respond to technical calls confidently and efficiently.
Due to nature of the role, you will have window server and Linux knowledge alongside working with VLAN, VPN and NPLS networks.
In return, you will receive an annual salary ranging from GBP25,000-GBP30,000 (depending on your skills and qualifications), holiday pay, healthcare and Pension. This excellent company also provides regular work socials to reward the hardworking team's efforts.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity working 09:00-17:00 Monday to Friday.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing quality work and ideally come from a help desk environment.
