Support Worker

We are looking to recruit self-motivated, caring individuals to the following roles within our nine-bed young people's homeless hostel:

Night Support Worker

£16,477 pro rata - 35 hours per week

Relief Support Worker

Covering day, night and weekend shifts as required

You will have experience in a supportive and enabling role with a vulnerable client group. They will have an enthusiasm for working with young people; an empathic approach; excellent communication skills; and will understand the importance of professional boundaries, and maintaining client confidentiality.
