Junior Recruitment Resourcer / Researcher, CV Search and Shortlisting, Candidate Management. Central Bristol.

On offer is a basic salary to GBP16-18,000 + OTE GBP25,000.

We are recruiting a Junior Recruitment Resourcer to join our small team. We are ideally looking for someone in the early stages of their career.

The successful applicant will ideally have some interest in computing and technology, this will help get to grips with the technical terminology used in IT Recruitment industry.

Junior Recruitment Resourcer / Researcher - Key Skills:

- Strong customer service experience.
- Must have an excellent telephone manner.
- Must be a good people person.
- Must have strong planning and organisation skills.
- Ideally will have an interest in computing and technology.
- Must be results driven.
- Must live within an easy commute of Cheltenham Road / Gloucester Road, Bristol.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.

Junior Recruitment Resourcer / Researcher - Nice to Have:

- Some resourcing experience is highly preferable.
- Some experience of CV search, selection and matching against job roles is highly preferable.
- Some candidate management and interview management experience is highly preferable.

Junior Recruitment Resourcer / Researcher - About the Role:

This is a key role within our small but growing sales team, and offers the right individual the opportunity to develop into a polished resourcer within the delivery team.

Your role will be focused on candidate resourcing, candidate management, interview management and delivery.

Below are some of your responsibilities:

- CV resourcing, matching and shortlisting.
- Full candidate management - from CV sourcing, matching, interviewing, and eventually learning how to close and deliver placements.
- Interview management; confirming candidate and client interviews.
- Candidate administration and support duties.
- Client administration and support duties.
- Delivering tangible results.
