BS Social Care are looking for a Care Coordinator to join a nationwide company, based in Warrington.
This company is at an exciting point in it's development, currently quadrupling in size.
You will be overseeing a large team of around 70 staff members and arranging rotas for approximately 1000 care hours.
In order to be successful in this role, you must be dynamic and strong willed with great people skills. You must maintain a person centred approach and cope well under pressure.
Essential requirements:
- Coordinator experience in a domiciliary service
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable:
- Familiarity with Warrington, Halton, Widness and Runcorn areas
