An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Brook Street team in Lincoln as an Account Handler. This is a fixed term contract for 6 months and you will support the Account Manager in running an International brand based in Sleaford.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
-Sourcing suitable candidates from various jobsites and leaflet campaigns
-Organising candidate attraction campaigns and attending jobs fairs
-Briefing the candidates about the role, salary and benefits
-Arranging registration appointments and meeting candidates face to face
-Checking eligibility to work in the UK and taking evidence
-Referencing and ensuring all temporary staff are compliant for work
-Dealing with any staff queries or complaints
-Inducting new staff members and attending site check in at the Clients` premises as and when required. This can include occasional weekends
-General Admin duties

-The ability to work under pressure and meet targets
-A professional manner
-Good organisational and administrative skills
Working full time hours Monday - Friday. Paying 16-18k.
