ProActive are looking to recruit exceptional customer service staff at multiple locations who offer the highest levels of service and are willing to go above and beyond to help customers. It is an ideal position for outgoing and detail-oriented personalities who are passionate about customer service delivery and driving the business through improved efficient and safety standards for the UK railway industry.

The successful customer service applicants will be responsible for meeting passengers, resolving customer complaints and (something important/requires decision making). You will be working as a member of the station team which holds several important duties such as; advising on irregularities, resolving difficult situations and assisting passengers with general enquiries as well as providing excellent customer service.

In order to apply you must possess previous customer service experience within a similar position along with excellent communication skills.

Need to mention this is shift work, pay is very competitive and above minimum wage with great benefits.

Aldershot, Farnborough, Guildford, Walton-on-Thames, Webridge & Working
Basingstoke, Salisbury, Southampton Central & Winchester, Haslemere, Fareham, Havant and Portsmouth & Southsea, Bournemouth, Bracknell, Staines.
