The City Horizons team at Southampton City College specialises in working with 16-19 year old learners with behavioural, emotional and social difficulties (BESD) and/or special educational needs and disability (SEND).

We are looking for someone who has experience in working with these types of learners and who wishes to make the move into a career in teaching or is already experienced in teaching with this type of provision.

For those moving into their first teaching role the college has a comprehensive support programme including formal teacher training qualifications. We are looking for a creative individual who can demonstrate resilience and commitment in a challenging and rewarding role.
