Job Title: Caf?? Supervisor
Fulltime, 6 month maternity cover
Salary: Up to GBP20,400
Location: Central Cambridge
What it's about
We currently have a vacancy for a Caf?? Supervisor to work within our Cambridge based sites. Working as part of a team and reporting to the Catering manager, you will be responsible for providing the best catering and hospitality service to all members of the organisation as well as visitors and be required to work from within our various Cambridge based sites in accordance with our current rota system.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and customer focused catering team working to produce and deliver excellent service to all Cambridge Assessment staff, guests and visitors. This role would suit someone with some 5* catering and hospitality experience.
What you'll be doing
You 'll proactively work front of house in any of our caf??/restaurant, providing the best service possible to our customers and be a customer service "champion" that other catering staff will look up to. You will also be able to mentor other relevant members of the team.
What we're looking for
Enthusiastic team player who are self-motivated and confident in their specialist area. You'll be an experienced supervisor, with a minimum of a customer service qualification as well as a desirable hospitality qualification. A keen team player with great attention to details and the ability to ensure new and innovative products are available at across the Group at all time. You will be able to plan your own work and you'll have a proven ability to manage your workload when under pressure to meet multiple deadlines and will enjoy contributing to the excellent reputation of the department.
