Our client is a high-end managing agent for commercial and residential properties in Central London. They are looking for a Night Concierge to manage one of their prestigious estates in Baker Street.
This luxury residential development requires an experienced Night Concierge to maintain the high standards expected within the common parts of the building.
Duties will include:
- Carrying out security inspections
- Basic maintenance, cleaning
- Reporting any defects/Health and Safety concerns
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times
Essential Experience:
- Solid prior experience in a similar role
- Experience working within high-end properties
- Well spoken and articulate
- Presentable at all times
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivation and use own initiative
Package:
- Working for an established company within high end properties
- Basic Salary is GBP20,000
- Monday - Thursday 11pm - 7am
- Sunday 10pm - 7am
- Hours and salary are not negotiable
