Touchstone are looking for a Property Manager to join our busy Sales and Relets team based out of our offices in Bath.
What your role will be
As one of our sales and relets Property Managers you will take a lead role with the process, managing properties within the sale process and ensuring that our properties are re-let within our set time frames.This is a responsive team so you will have new properties to work with all the time, picking up new things and adjusting your day will become second nature.You will work with our agents to agree terms and approve invoices.
Working with our clients and solicitors you will instruct properties onto the sales market, review offers and chase progress. You will also deal with our customers, managing the move in details including documentation, checks ins and deal with any maintenance issues prior to the reletting.
On occasion our properties may need renovation and you will as necessary obtain quotations for refurbishments.
Your background
To be considered for this you will a motivated, confident individual. You will work closely with our customers so strong customer service and communication skills are essential. An understanding of the property sales or rental market would be beneficial although not essential. People will the ability to multitask and prioritise will do well in this role.
