Interim Area Operations Manager:
Working closely with the Assistant Operations Director, for the overall business performance of a portfolio of services within Gloucestershire.you will be highly skilled at quickly establishing causes of issues, devising and implementing turnaround strategies and seeing them through to resolution.
Previous experience in an operational management role
Proven track record of turning homes around change management
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent
