I'm currently partnering with a Bristol based business that is on the hunt for an Installation Engineer. Formed in the last 10 years, they are turning over in excess of GBP1m. They've had a big influx of work and as a result need more engineers to cope with the growth.
This has been a trend since inception; the business is growing steadily and will continue to do so. And they want you to be part of the journey.
To be a successful Installation Engineer you'll need knowledge of CCTV (IP based systems), Access Control, Intruder and conventional and addressable Fire Alarm systems. Full training will be provided for any systems you're not conversant with and you'll have the opportunity to focus on higher end systems in some really interesting commercial sites.
As well as the training on offer, progression is a key theme within the business and you'll have the opportunity to move into a senior position, be that continuing as an engineer or moving into supervisory or project based roles. The salary on offer is flexible for the right candidate but you can aim for the GBP30-GBP34k mark with an OTE of around GBP40k. Overtime is there when you want it and call out is optional.
