Buying Desk Manager
With a centralised Buying Desk her at Wates, we have a new opportunity for a skilled Buying Desk Manager to lead our team of Buyers and Procurement Administrators who have the responsibility for providing an efficient and effective customer focused Buying Service for supplier and labour agency spend across the Wates Group.
You will take full responsibility for the service levels of the team, ensuring the resources are structured, organised and deployed to run at optimum efficiency and cost effectiveness whilst meeting all the business KPI's and SLA's. You will also provide ongoing coaching and performance development for each of the team, along with driving improvement and compliance with all systems, procedures and processes.
We are looking for you to already be working in a similar role and environment so have experience of leading a customer service team and knowledge of call centre technologies and methodologies.
Alongside this you will be an effective communicator who is organised and results driven.
